Fire

We look at ourselves and what do we see? We see something so small and insignificant. How can this one small being be of any value to this world? What can these insecure beings with all their weaknessess add to this life, this earth? We face life with all its problems, we see death, murder, injustice... What can i give, what can i do? What can i add to help bring change in a world where it seems justice is lost? The only thing worth living for is me... and my selfish life.
What i see in the mirror, is this what i was meant to be? Meant to do? A life suffocating in all the bad we see, experience and add? Drowning in my perceived ideas of injustice.

Instead of being encouraged to do something, we draw back. Overwhelmed and anxious..! Those things we have been given to encourage and drive us to live for something bigger, those things have become our stumbling block, those same things we have been given to look further than ourlselves has failed us. Daily it adds to a more selfish and inward looking being.

The dilemma we face is not one of what to do, but where to start?

Where does the fire start? It never just appears as a big fire. It doesn't even start as a flame. It starts with a spark... a thought... This flame it creates has the opportunity to die smothering, or burn. Who knows the extend as to how big this flame will become, and whom it will affect if given the opportunity!

The spark is there, the question we face is... smother, or burn?
